1. Why would I need a VIP service in Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport ( SJU)?

Traveling can be a hassle, especially when you arrive in an airport you have never been to.  From the moment you land or arrive at the airport you will have an assigned agent waiting to assist you so your traveling experience can be as stress free and smooth as possible.

For departures our agents are prepared and trained to have everything ready for our p clients, from printing out boarding pass and bag tags, tracking your flight and notifying if any delays, having a porter service ready and even taking you to the VIP Lounge where you can relax until your assigned agent looks for you at boarding time.

2. What happens if I need to cancel my service?

If you need to cancel a service for any reason you have up to 24 hours before the service to cancel with no charge.

3. What type of vehicles does Rome International have available for transportations and tours?

We have the following vehicles at the moment
